Sep 3-In “Missing Your People,” Tracy Brower explains the importance of belonging. Describe a time when you felt like you truly belonged. What created that feeling?

Response- A time when I truly felt like I belonged was on my friend's birthday. Me and my 4 friends hung out for my friends birthday and we went to her house to celebrate with her family. It made me realize how much they meant to me, I felt safe with them. I see them as my people and my family, we may not be related but they are the only ones where i can be myself around.

Summary- In class Mr Rease wasn't here so we did a commonlit.

Reflection- I learned that it's scientifically proven that people need connection with other people.
