Oct 23- Think about a food from your own culture that you find disgusting, unusual, or simply refuse to eat. What is the food, and why do you dislike it? Is it something that other people in your family or culture enjoy? Explain why you think certain foods can be considered delicious by some people but disgusting by others.

Response- A food that I can't stand from my culture is casserole. Very rarely my mom makes a casserole around the holidays but specifically a green bean casserole one time and I hated it. I felt nauseous after one bite it just wasn't for me. Other people from my family eat it but I refuse to consume it. I dont think it has anything to do with culture but just preference, you like what you like. Some people have different taste buds and green bean casserole just isn't for me.

Summary- In class everyone presented for their culture presentations.

Reflection- I learned about everyone elses culture and what kind of foods they eat and enjoy.
